Duolingo Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy:

No Refunds: Once you purchase the DET, the fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your test.

21-Day Validity: You must take the test within 21 days of payment. If not taken within this period, the test will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy:

Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your test at any time within the 21-day validity period without any additional charges.

Missed Test: If you miss your scheduled test and it's not taken within the 21-day window, you'll need to purchase a new test.

Exceptional Circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems during the test or do not receive your results within the expected timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or test credit. You must report any issues to Duolingo Support within 24 hours of the problem occurring.

Important Note

No Refunds for Rule Violations: If your test is invalidated due to violations of test rules or requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund.
